Solution

Enable autologon for Xp Virtual Machine

Configure account in administrators group
In the Start Menu run field, enter
control userpasswords2
In the Advanced User Accounts control panel applet
Uncheck the box Users must enter a user name and password
Click the Apply button
When prompted for a user name and password, enter the credentials for the user account you wish to log in automatically
Restart XP to verify
