List all registered guests

vim-cmd vmsvc/getallvms

Convert disk from fat to thin

vmkfstools -i <thick_disk_vmdk> -d thin <new_thin_disk.vmdk>

Rename / Move disk

vmkfstools -E <old_name.vmdk> <new_name.vmdk>
